If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in unused condition and in the original packaging, along with a proof of purchase receipt. The label must remain attached to the shoes in order for you to be able to return them. We can not accept any shoes for return without this label attached.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or refusal of your exchange or refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We thoroughly check all orders for faults, damages and correctness prior to dispatch. However, should your goods be faulty or damaged on receipt or your order is wrong or incomplete please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will rectify the situation, either by offering a replacement or refund.
Before sending back any goods please notify us of your return request via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then reply giving you a returns authorisation number and address.
Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping and costs, not us. Therefore, we advise that you package the goods sufficiently to avoid damages in transit, use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
